Jennifer and François started out dabbling in real estate. There was no plan… they were saving for down payments, using their own credit, and eventually hit a financing wall. They were focusing on secondary markets for higher cash flow and they didn’t pay attention to appreciation.

Eventually, they chose to enroll in a mentoring program to grow and start using OPM. At that point, they saw an opportunity in distant markets and they’re now investing in eastern Canada, northern USA and now looking abroad.
