Why we are doing this podcast and an overview
So why are we doing a podcast for The REITE Club?
We are consistently energized and inspired at our monthly REITE Club live events by people who are doing great things in real estate investing. That’s the speakers and many members of the audience.
Sadly not everyone is able to attend every meeting, or you are just too far away to make it to a live event. We wanted to bring that energy and knowledge right to where ever you are, hence the podcast!
We are going to interview people who have shown success in real estate investing and learn what they do to succeed, lessons learned and what they are doing now to keep things moving.
After you launch something, you need to feed it and grow it. There’s no such thing as “if you build it, they will come.”
That is why we’ll dig into the strategies and tactics our guests executed to make their initiatives grow, and the results they achieved. The idea is to learn actionable marketing and growth concepts from our guests, then take those concepts and be able to immediately apply them to grow our real estate investing businesses.
In summary, this podcast is going to be about being inspired by and learning from people who are growing and succeeding.
Podcast format
Now let’s talk a little about the format of this podcast.
Episodes will range from about 30 minutes to an hour. Each conversation is going to be a little bit different based on the guest’s background, but we will to stick to a consistent format so you know exactly what to expect in each episode.
But we won’t apologize if a conversation goes in a certain unexpected direction because we feel you will benefit from the guests insights and experience. First I’ll introduce our guest so you’ll know who they are, what company they work for or business they own, and what their role is.
We’ll talk about their background. We’ll dig into the decisions they made, their inspirations along the way, and how they got to where they are today.
We’ll also talk about the actionable strategies, tactics, and tips that they recommend you should consider if you want to take it further.
This will be a weekly podcast, and we will release an episode every Friday so you can download and take some time over the weekend to listen nad then maybe even take some of the lessons learned into your next week.
