Even as a child, Milena Cardinal was a passionate puzzle solver. Today she gets excited about finding creative ways of resolving complex legal issues that her clients bring to her law firm.
At age 21 she was a young mother on welfare, last year, during the pandemic, she was able to operate her highly successful, growing legal practice entirely remotely while living in Columbia, Mexico and the USA. As a private real estate investor herself, Milena is well versed in real estate, from its legal to its business aspects. She has combined these joint interests to venture into the intricate world of private lending.

Milena was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2011. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Law Association and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce. Milena obtained her common law degree, a Doctor of Laws (J.D.), from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law in Kingston, Ontario. Prior to that, she earned her civil law degree (L.LL.) from the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec.
