Guest: Elizabeth Kelly, Real Estate Investor & Coach
Elizabeth has over 15 years of real estate investing experience, Elizabeth Kelly has a passion for helping people achieve their financial dreams through the purchase of investment properties. She specializes in the acquisition and management of Rent to Own and multi-unit residential properties.
Elizabeth shared how she started out buying single-family homes in the early 2000s. She now focuses on larger multi-family properties, does private lending of her registered funds. She’s also invested out of province and in northern Ontario. Her favourite investment technique is rent-to-own due to the fact that it helps a person. As for seeing results, flips are very exciting and make investing fun. Elizabeth’s strategy has always been to focus on cash flow. She even went as far as moving to northern Ontario where she owns quite a few properties. Property management was very difficult to find so she moved there to build her own team. Elizabeth is passionate about coaching investors and a percentage goes to property management and other items.
