Cody came to Canada on a student visa. He quickly learned about stock options and real estate investing. His goal is to buy two apartment buildings this year. He partnered with his mom on his very first real estate deal. He then saved up the down payment through overtime hours to purchase his first property on his own.
In this interview, Cody discusses the fact that as you go up the corporate ladder, so does your stress level! More pressure and more pay… he wanted to get out and found creative ways to do so.
