Jesse Fragale is a commercial real estate broker and investor. He started investing in student rental properties a little over ten years ago. Recognizing a good thing, he grew his student housing portfolio and although you might correctly think student housing equals keg parties and irresponsible tenants, it was a guaranteed way to increase market rents in a rent-controlled market.

As his passion for investing grew, Jesse began investing in single-family homes and condos and did some wholesaling. Following this, he transitioned to investing in multi-family apartment buildings which is his primary focus today.

Jesse is a proud contributor to the Bigger Pockets YouTube channel and has also created his own channel to address particular topics in more detail. The idea is to provide viewers with simple and straightforward real estate advice and education no matter what investing experience they have. He shares his personal experiences and lessons (often learned the hard way) with his viewers.
