Mark Smith has been a real estate entrepreneur since 2018 primarily in the London, Ontario market. He has acquired $2 Million worth of real estate including single-family homes, secondary suite conversions, student rentals, Airbnb re-rentals and joint venture partnerships. 

Known as the 7-2 Real Estate investor, Mark discusses how he got started in real estate investing at the age of 42 years old. He was willing to listen, willing to ‘shut-up’ and willing to take action and his story will certainly be an inspiration to new real estate investors and experienced investors alike. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and is a father to 3 boys and 1 girl.
