As a graduate of the University of Waterloo, in civil engineering, Adam Wissink realizes that a good foundation is key to success and he carries that into his work at JAAG. While working with Investors to ensure each of the Rent-To-Own programs is a successful investment, Adam ensures that the relationships that the company builds are beneficial and long-lasting. JAAG does everything from set up to completion. Investors appreciate that JAAG incorporates a hands-on approach to create passive investments for their Investors. One of Adam’s favorite events is the Annual Investor Appreciation Dinner as it reinforces the importance of building and maintaining those relationships.

Adam appreciates the positive energy of working with both the Tenant Buyers and Investors. He enjoys when Investors meet the Tenant Buyers they are assisting. He feels that a ‘do good to do well’ mindset is one of JAAG’s positive contributions to the community and always says tells both the Tenant Buyers and Investors that “Your Success in Our Business”!.

As a father of two, Adam has often taken his kids along when visiting Tenant Buyers for move-in day. His kids still talk about playing with the other children in different homes. He enjoys seeing the children interacting and knows that helping his Tenant Buyers and their families will impact those kids’ future. Some Tenant Buyers have been through bankruptcy or are self-employed. Either way as they are unable to obtain a mortgage today, JAAG makes homeownership a reality for the entire family.

Adam loves seeing pride that Tenant Buyers have in their homes. Tenant Buyers love and want to show off their homes and the upgrades they might have made. Their kids are excited to show off their bedrooms and their favorite spots to play hide-n-seek in the house. JAAG’s relationships with their clients are very different than the usual tenant/landlord relationship, with gratitude going both ways.
