JAAG does everything from set up to completion. Investors appreciate that JAAG incorporates a hands-on approach to create passive investments for their Investors. One of Adam’s favorite events is the Annual Investor Appreciation Dinner as it reinforces the importance of building and maintaining those relationships.

Adam appreciates the positive energy of working with both the Tenant Buyers and Investors. He enjoys when Investors meet the Tenant Buyers they are assisting. He feels that a ‘do good to do well’ mindset is one of JAAG’s positive contributions to the community and always says tells both the Tenant Buyers and Investors that “Your Success in Our Business”!.

As a father of two, Adam has often taken his kids along when visiting Tenant Buyers for move-in day. His kids still talk about playing with the other children in different homes. He enjoys seeing the children interacting and knows that helping his Tenant Buyers and their families will impact those kids’ future. Some Tenant Buyers have been through bankruptcy or are self-employed. Either way as they are unable to obtain a mortgage today, JAAG makes homeownership a reality for the entire family.

Adam loves seeing pride that Tenant Buyers have in their homes. Tenant Buyers love and want to show off their homes and the upgrades they might have made.
